Pueblo, Colorado · Est. Lending Partner

Capital, structured
with intent.

Kashti Loans LLC underwrites private and commercial financing for borrowers who require clarity, discretion, and a partner willing to build the terms around the opportunity — not the other way around.

01 About the firm

A lender built
on relationships,
not volume.

Kashti Loans LLC was founded on the principle that financing should serve the borrower's objective — whether that is a contractor bridging a gap on a project, a family acquiring a home, or an operator scaling a business through a critical quarter.

From our office in Pueblo, Colorado, we work quietly and directly with each client. Every engagement is reviewed in depth, structured by experienced underwriters, and delivered with the kind of attention large institutional lenders no longer offer.

We are deliberate about the clients we accept and the commitments we make. That discipline is what allows us to close with certainty.

  • Discretion

Every file is handled privately, internally, and with the confidentiality appropriate to lending.

  • Structure

Terms are built to the transaction. We adjust instruments, schedules, and covenants where reason supports it.

  • Certainty of Close

When we commit, we execute. Our underwriting is complete before we issue a term sheet.

04 Frequently asked

Questions,
answered plainly.

If your question is not addressed below, please reach out directly. We prefer conversation to assumption.

01 How does engagement begin?

Engagements begin with a written inquiry to our desk. A member of the team will respond to confirm scope, discuss the intended use of proceeds, and determine whether our instruments are the appropriate fit.

02 Do you work with first-time borrowers?

Yes. We evaluate each file on the strength of the transaction and the borrower's capacity to repay. History with institutional lenders is useful context but not a prerequisite.

03 What information should I prepare?

At minimum, a description of the purpose, an outline of the repayment source, and any supporting documentation relevant to collateral or income. We provide a tailored checklist after initial contact.

04 How are terms determined?

Terms are shaped by the underlying transaction — its duration, collateral, counterparty, and risk profile. We issue a term sheet only after our underwriting is substantially complete.

05 Is my information kept confidential?

Always. Files are handled internally by our underwriting desk, and we do not distribute borrower information to external parties without explicit written consent.

06 Where do you lend geographically?

Our core footprint is Colorado and the surrounding mountain-west region. Selective engagements outside this area are considered on a case-by-case basis.
